His classes fuse traditional discipline with modern fight realism, drawing from extensive training in Taekwon-Do & Muay Thai kickboxing,

What is Kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a hybrid martial art that combines elements of traditional boxing with powerful kicks derived from Taekwon-Do and Muay Thai. boxing It originated in the 1950s to 1970s, primarily in Japan and the United States, as a competitive sport that merged striking techniques from Eastern and Western fighting styles.
